Terms of Service | DecorAI – AI Interior Design

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DecorAI – AI Interior Design (the “App”) and the website at www.decorai.asia (the “Website”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited. If you do not agree, do not use DecorAI.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to use DecorAI. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to use DecorAI

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DecorAI for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights, title and interest in DecorAI, including the App, Website, AI models, designs, logos and content.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us at hello@rocketdigital.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

DecorAI offers free and paid features. Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (Apple App Store), Google (Google Play) and our subscription partner RevenueCat, in accordance with their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. AI-generated content

DecorAI uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai and Microsoft Azure) to generate interior design ideas, room makeover concepts and visuals from your inputs. AI-generated outputs are provided for inspiration and early-stage planning only. They:

are not architectural, structural, electrical or plumbing plans;
do not constitute professional interior design, renovation or construction advice;
may be inaccurate, contain artefacts, or differ from real-world results;
should not be relied upon for permits, building codes or load-bearing decisions.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI outputs. For complex projects, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display Your Content for the limited purpose of providing and improving DecorAI. You confirm you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit;
upload photos of other people without their permission;
attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with DecorAI;
use DecorAI to violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Third-party services

DecorAI integrates with third-party services including RevenueCat, Firebase (Google), Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you download DecorAI from the Apple App Store or Google Play, additional terms from Apple and Google apply. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Rocket Digital Limited, not Apple or Google, and that Apple and Google are not responsible for DecorAI or any claims relating to it.

11. Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of DecorAI. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to DecorAI is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Digital Limited harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of DecorAI, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DecorAI at any time if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may harm us, other users or third parties.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email.
