This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use DecorAI – AI Interior Design (the “App”) and the website at www.decorai.asia (the “Website”). DecorAI is an AI interior design app for Asia that lets you upload a room photo and generate AI room makeover ideas. By using the App or Website, you agree to this Policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. If you create an account, we may collect identifiers such as your email address, sign-in tokens (for example via Apple, Google or Firebase Authentication) and basic profile details.
Subscription and purchase data. When you subscribe or purchase, RevenueCat and the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) process the receipt and entitlement on our behalf.
Photos and content you provide. Photos you upload to generate AI room redesigns, your style and prompt selections, and any feedback you submit.
Device and usage data. Device model, OS version, language, region, app version, crash logs, referrer information and aggregated interaction events (for example which screens you visit).
Approximate location. Derived from IP address for analytics and regional content (we do not collect precise GPS location for the Website or App by default).
Website data. When you visit www.decorai.asia we collect standard server logs, page-view events, and analytics events such as iOS_App_Store_Click and GooglePlay_Store_Click.

3. How we use your information

To provide and operate the AI interior design features in the App.
To process subscriptions, purchases and entitlements through RevenueCat and the app stores.
To improve performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse.
To measure how the App and Website are used (analytics, conversion measurement and aggregated reports).

4. Photos and AI generations

When you upload a room photo, the App sends the photo to our AI processing partners (such as OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai and Microsoft Azure) so they can generate AI room makeover ideas. Photos are processed for the purpose of generating your design and improving the service. Generated images may be temporarily stored so you can view them in the App and re-download them. We do not sell your photos.

We rely on the following service providers to operate DecorAI:

RevenueCat. Subscription management and in-app purchase receipts.
Firebase (Google). Authentication, app analytics, crash reporting, push notifications and cloud storage.
Google AdMob. In-app advertising and ad measurement on supported tiers.
OpenAI. AI generation features that power interior design ideas and suggestions.
Microsoft Azure. Cloud hosting and AI model serving for selected DecorAI features.
Replicate. AI image generation models that power AI room redesigns and visuals.
Fal.ai. AI inference and image generation for selected DecorAI features.
Google Analytics. Website usage analytics on www.decorai.asia.
Meta Pixel. Website conversion measurement and ad campaign analytics.
Vercel Analytics. Privacy-friendly website performance and traffic analytics.

These providers act as data processors and are bound to use your information only as instructed by us and as described in their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies, analytics and pixels

On the Website we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics to understand traffic, measure conversions and improve the experience. We track custom events including App Store and Google Play clicks (iOS_App_Store_Click, GooglePlay_Store_Click) so we can see which content drives downloads. You can disable cookies in your browser or use private browsing.

7. Advertising and ad partners

On supported tiers, the App may show ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and limited usage data to measure and serve ads. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

8. Data storage and retention

We store information on infrastructure provided by Firebase (Google) and Microsoft Azure. Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. Photos and generations may be removed from active storage after a reasonable period or upon your request.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to local laws, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 10. Children's privacy

DecorAI is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We operate from Hong Kong and use service providers in multiple countries. Your information may be processed outside of your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
